The 7 chakras
The word "Chakra" is Sanskrit for "wheel". The 7 chakras are seen as the 7 energy points in our body that are important for our life force. This life force plays an important role in the well-being of the body and mind.
There are 7 chakras and each chakra has different abilities, vibrations, expressions and types of health. The 7 chakras work best when everything is well balanced. Still, the 7 chakras can get blocked when there is too little or too much energy in a chakra.
They are the main energy center of the body.
Sometimes people talk about "unblocking your chakras". What that means is that when all our chakras are open, the energy can flow freely through all the chakras. So there is a harmony between the physical body, the mind and the soul.
We can unblock our chakras through meditation, yoga, affirmations, breathing exercises, mantras, the use of crystals, etc.
Yoga, meditation etc. Can Well help to focus and give attention to the 7 chakras. The symbolic colors of the 7 chakras are also sometimes used to reinforce their intention. You can use appropriate mineral stones, as well as mantras according to each chakra.
Below is briefly and conveniently explained what governs each chakra, what affirmations or mantras we can use in meditation to stimulate ourselves and what crystals we can use or wear to help unblock our chakras.
