Conditions, payment & shipping
All jewelry and accessories are handmade by me (Lakaiann). Like all craft products, imperfections are inherent in the product, so they may vary in shape and color from each other. They are either heated or compressed, so they differ in shape. This difference in shape or color should not be a reason for complaint, but an enrichment for the artistic talent.
The products are personally photographed and may vary slightly in color.
Because each piece is unique, only one piece is available. So no product can be exchanged. However, I can make a variant of it. Please contact us for this via the contact page.

Payment cards : Bancontact Mister Cash, iDeal, PayPal.
In the case of a refund via PayPal, a fixed amount of 0.70 euros will be deducted.
The products will only be shipped when full payment of your order has been made. If we have not received full payment within 4 days, the products will be offered for sale again.

Completed and paid orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
All deliveries are made via B-post or you can pick them up here. You can make this choice at the checkout of your shopping cart.
Once the package is in the hands of the shipping service, Lakaiann is no longer responsible for loss or theft, etc.
Warning: Never accept a damaged package. By accepting it, the carrier is no longer responsible for the package.
The shipping costs are calculated at the rate of B-post.
The correct shipping costs will be calculated after placing the order or when your order is ready for shipment. If a correction of the shipping costs is necessary, you will receive an additional payment request.
Duties and Taxes: Lakaiann is not responsible for any local taxes if applicable. We will declare the total amount for customs purposes (excluding shipping costs).
